Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and eachpackage will have delivery confirmation. Big orders or orders with weapons will be shipped FedEx.com

 

Q: I received my order but one of my items was damaged. Can I return it?

A: Yes you can! All orders are inspected before they are leave. However, things have been known to happen during shipping. If you receive damaged goods, email us atinfo@mantheline.com and let us know. The return/exchange and invoice must be sent back to me for ALL merchandise. No restocking fees apply for exchanges of damaged goods, provided you exchange for a same item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees

 

Q: Can I have my order shipped through someone else like UPS?

A: Not at this time. If you have a super big order, email us at info@mantheline.com and we can work something out.

 

Q: What if I lost my invoice and or return/exchange form?

A: Then I can not accept a return. PERIOD!!!
