Q: How will my order be shipped?

A: All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service Priority Mail and eachpackage will have delivery confirmation. Big orders or orders with weapons will be shipped


Q: I received my order but one of my items was damaged. Can I return it?

A: Yes you can! All orders are inspected before they are leave. However, things have been known to happen during shipping. If you receive damaged goods, email us and let us know. The return/exchange and invoice must be sent back to me for ALL merchandise. No restocking fees apply for exchanges of damaged goods, provided you exchange for a same item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees


Q: Can I have my order shipped through someone else like UPS?

A: Not at this time. If you have a super big order, email us at and we can work something out.


Q: What if I lost my invoice and or return/exchange form?

A: Then I can not accept a return. PERIOD!!!
